How it works
Email info@30secondcase.com within 30 days of buying and say you want a refund. You do not need to give a reason, fill in a form, or return anything. We process it to the card you paid with, usually the same day.
Why it is written this way
Because the people this is for have spent enough time justifying themselves. Asking you to explain why a $29 purchase did not work for you would be one more instance of the thing this product exists to fix.
After 30 days
Email us anyway. If something genuinely went wrong we would rather sort it than hide behind a date.
