What you are buying
A digital documentation tool and the written material that comes with it, from Thirty Second Case. Access is immediate and personal to you.
What it is not
It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician. It organises information you already have so you can present it clearly. It does not interpret your symptoms and it cannot tell you what is wrong. Decisions about your health are between you and your doctor.
What we do not promise
We cannot promise that your doctor will respond differently, that you will receive a diagnosis, or that any treatment will be offered. Anyone promising you that is guessing. What we promise is the tool and the format.
Your content
What you write stays yours. We claim no ownership over it and no right to use it.
Sharing it
It is for you. Please do not resell or redistribute it. If a friend needs it, send her the link — and if she genuinely cannot afford it, email us.
